I have been writing for the magazine for years and every issue always gives me new nuggets of herb info. The herbs wave in a natural and soothing way in the wind. It looks like an undulating blanket when you gaze at the lemon balm clumps or the tall tarragon that flops over this time of year from its own weight. The tent backed against a good number of the Tree of Heaven that is so attractive to the spotted lantern flies, and they became part of the conversation of life and death.
